Rifle Scopes What ring is the better scope ring??

I am going to purchase a set of rings off a buddy of mine to help him out a bit along with some other things. Anyway he has 2 different sets of 30mm scope rings. One set is a set of Burris 30mm rings with the 1" inserts. the other set is a set of 30mm Millet angle lock rings. Out of those two sets of rings what set is the better set? I dont really need any 30mm rings at the moment but you never know when you might so i was going to purchase a set from him. I just dont know what set is the better ring. Lee

The burris rings are zee rings with the posi align offset inserts. Are these worth a hook? Or would the millet angle lock be a better choice? Lee

Burris. But if it were me, Ide sell em both and buy Seekins rings.
