What scope cam adapter ?

Have been looking for a trough scope cam setup , what do people use for that.

I have peeked at number of these setups and some are not even runing an optical prism just angled flat price of glass others run for muchos dineros (eagle eye /deadeye cost over 1k $)offering not much better bang for $
