Rifle Scopes What scope is this?

I'm almost done with Chris Kyle's autobiography (a great read) and this picture is featured in it. I can tell what kind of scope he is using in almost every other picture but this.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what make the scope is?

Looks like a Leupold mark 4.

Yep, MkIV, probably the 3.5-10X40. Good little scope

It is a Leupold Mk4, but it is not a 3.5x10x40mm! Its more like a 6.5x20x50mm Illuminated with M1 dials. My understanding is that he used a NXS 5x22x50mm for a lot of his work.
