It looks like the Choate "Ultimate Sniper" stock designed by John Plaster. Not sure though.

It's a Choate ultimate varmint stock with a custom made bottom metal that takes AICS mags . The rifle isn't in that stock any more . He swapped over to a B&C stock .

The Choate UV is about $160, but then you need someone to inlet the bottom metal. That is gonna cost ya.
I like the UV, but I don't suggest you going that way if you want an AICS compatible bottom metal.

The standard Badger bottom metal would not work with the dimensions of the stock . Mike is a machinist by trade and had approx 20 hours in fabricating the bottom metal .
