McRee Precision. Not exactly sure the specifiecs (there are a few types), but certainly a Mcree

McRees Precision but one of the early models, possibly a generation 2 but I am going to say the generation 1 model judging from the rear section and front section. They have made several changes since that one though lol.

I played around with one last week and they feel really nice though seemed very heavy. The one I saw had a better cheekpiece than the one in the above picture.

Heard it was about 13 lbs.
