What to pair with Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27x56

I’ve decided on the Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27x56 as my next optic and I’ll probably also stick an rmr on it. I currently have a noveski lower and don’t have an upper. I sold my Knights SR-15 . Anyway I was wondering what you guys would recommend to build around the Razor? This is going to be my only AR(how many people have said that before?). Or is that too much scope for my intended use?

6.5CM Large frame AR.

Good to 1200yds easy from a good barrel.

I'm assuming your Noveski lower is small frame, so I'd build something in 6.5G to take advantage of the Razor. that is a big/heavy scope for a small frame gas gun, so you might as well get something with more legs than 5.56. 224 Valk is another choice, especially if you aren't hunting.

I have mine on a 6.5 ar, I think it would be overkill on a small frame as well

If your lower is a small frame, I would go with 224val if you don't plan on using it for hunting. If it's a large frame, I would go with 6mm creed since it shoots flatter than 6.5cm.

Depending on your lower, I would do either 6mm Rat, 6.5 Grendel or 224 Valkyrie, on a large ar lower, 6.5 creedmoor any day

What rifle do I get for my optic? I’ve heard it all now.

Do I have all this backwards? I thought you were supposed to pick a particular cartridge to fit the goal you are trying to achieve. Then pick the best rifle to shoot it based on the same needs. Them pick an optic last.
