Suppressors What to use to paint/coat suppressor?

Thought about maybe changing the color of one of my cans to FDE. Anyone know what to use that would not melt off on a .223 can?

Cerakote it and forget it! I can recommend a dealer in NC who does a fantastic job if you're interested. They have done a couple of HKs and an AWC Thundertrap for me and I have never been happier.

Regular old krylon.. and touch up as needed..

Krylon will change colors when it gets hot very quickly. Bad idea

Interesting never had it happen. but then again I am using a .30 can built like a tank..

Works very well on what I've seen and it's what aac and the military uses to refinish ARs

I use cerakote on all my suppressors. It's tough and comes in plenty of colors.
