The smart ass part of me wants to say "I KNOW!!! It is a rifle trigger", but you already know that.

Glad you found your info. I have had some stock Remington triggers work beautifully, and had others that no amount of adjustment would get a decent pull under 4.5 pounds. If they don't work, I replace them as having a stock trigger reworked costs about as much as a new trigger.
