All the panels have been pulled logs have been gone over, and controls are being lubed, so far it's been a great plane. Only have 2 AD's to comply with to get her flying, and I'm hoping after those and some good scrubbing she will be in the air the end of the year, on a side note I just found out this morning that my form 4 for my can got approved yesterday

Awesome buy, congrats! Where are you basing the aircraft out of? I did all of my flight training (commercial single and dual with instrument) at KMDD in Midland a few years back. Love that airport...not so much the area.
