These are my two current set ups, nothing fancy.
First Remington 700 SPS Tactical 308 w/ B & C A3 Hook Stock and Millett fix 10x trs-2
Second Savage 10BAS W/ USO SN-3 3.2-17X TPAL Barrett Prototype ret.
So both rifles are in 308. I've only put maybe 300 rounds down the Savage and since day one it preforms stellar. The Remington on the other hand it took some time to get use to but now I'm shooting just as tight @ 100 yards using 150g American Tactical as I am with the Savage using 168 SMK's I've been thinking about it a lot lately and don't really see the point in owning two bolts chambered in the same caliber so I'm considering parting with the Savage. Do you guys think it would be better to off the Savage and dump the money back into a make over for the Remington? Or off the Remington and just buy more ammo? Or another route I've considered is going with some type of 300WM or a 6.5 Rifle all inputs are welcome.
