Suppressors Whats this 1911 and Acc. worth ?

I have a buddy who is wanting to sell his Colt 1911 and I am not sure what its worth . Maybe you guys can help me out here .


Here is the pertinent info he sent me .
<span style="font-weight: bold">1911-A1 model 80, I have had it 15 years and
bought it new.
It has been to a couple of shoots and maybe an additional 10 clips through it.
it comes with 8 clips two of which you modified.

I have 957 rounds, most are round ball loaded for indoor range
shooting, 25 are sabers for home protection and while the rest are
boxed
I would question their markings.</span>

300 on the ammo. 10 per mag, and about 400 on the pistol itself.

I dont care for the series 80 pistols myself.

You should be able to get $500 easy on that Colt. I doubt if I'd value the ammo that high, as the ball ammo is reloads of unknown origin.

If the mags are seven round factory mags I'd concur with the $10/ea.

If I were selling it I'd ask $850 for the package

I'd say $400 for the gun, nothing for the mags, and maybe $150 for the ammo.
