Is there some story I missed on these or is production going directly to fill SCAR 20S orders with FN? They are always out of stock and the ones that pop up on GB are gouged to $500. Its a trigger?

I think they only run them once or twice a year. Considering how many think the SCAR NEEDS a replacement trigger out-of-the-box I'm not surprised.

The G trigger is a heck of an improvement on the stock 17 trigger. People aren't wrong about switching out the stock trigger if you're shooting for groups - the 17 is a lot more accurate than many give it credit for, once setup properly.
Geissele doesn’t restock products anymore, just bring new ones to market.

Gieselle is a smaller manufacture and only have some much bandwidth. I think a good amount of production is probably going to FN these days, and there are a lot of people who want to swap out the factory trigger.

By the time you pay out for the trigger and the SCAR you could've gotten a Mk20. Mine cost $3400? NIB.

There ARE alternatives like the Shooting Sight trigger, FYI. No experience with it though as I bought G triggers for my SCARs.
Had a shooting sight in my scar light. It was a very nice trigger, id say better than a ssa-e but not quite hi speed match.
Had them both, but prefer the regular scar for the weight and size. Plenty accurate
I'd be willing to try one on someone else's dime. I run the factory trigger and it does just fine. Frankly, I don't even notice it when chasing hogs or making shots on the fly. I'm sure for a bench shooter it may be less than ideal, but for the money and amount I use my scar17...not worth it just yet.
I saw that...was scratching my head on the rarity. A few of my favorite parts dealers have Them in stock too so it must be back on the menu.
