What's With The Pop ups in the Classifieds?

Just noticing this; maybe it's been around for awhile but why the commercial pop ups in the private classifieds? There aren't enough ads on the Forum site now? I know this site has to be supported but this is a little much. It's distracting to anyone reading what is for sale.

I monitor 3-4 other forums; none are giving me this issue. I will say that it appears to be a constant ad from Brownell's so I will do some checking with them. No false accusations intended but this is the only forum I am getting these on.
