where are all the 6.5 bullets?

I cant seem to find anything in stock at any of my usaual places. I talked to JLK yesterday and got some ordered but they wont be ready until March. JLK said that there havent been any J4 jackets made in 6.5 for about a year so the 130gr Bergers that I had the rifle throated for might be a long way out. I should have started stocking up bullets a long time ago when I decided to do this rifle but I didnt. Are there any in the 120-130gr range anywhere?

latest 6.5mm update from Berger

I'm excited to announce that we're running 6.5mm bullets! Our 6.5mm 140 gr Hunting VLDs are being made and shipped right now. We will follow with the 6.5mm 130 gr Hunting VLD, then switch to the Target bullets (starting with the 140 gr Target VLD). Thank you all for your patience and understanding during the past month...s. I bought some 120gr noslers from cabelas. In stock and no problems, i'll let ya know how they perform after I get em loaded

Been seeing a few boxes of 140Amax on the shelves here and there but they typically don't last long.

Try Powder Valley. I got 1k 139s a few weeks ago.

Yesterday at Sportsmans Warehouse I got the last box of Berger 130's and I think another guy was eyeballing them when I picked them up. $38.99 /100.

honestly there were some at cabela's, midway, powder valley, and a few other sites that I looked at yesterday. Hornady, Nosler, Lapua, Sierra, several differnt ones in stock. I'm looking to see about getting some 140gr Amax's to try. With .585 BC it appears to be the best BC I've found. It's not everything, but I'm still trying to find a bullet that this new gun likes. Who knows, the Nosler 120's may work perfectly and the search will be over soon.
