Looks like it's graphite suspended in alcohol. There is a commercially made product called Neolube, but it's pretty expensive.

Neolube is it. Got that from the Froggy site years ago. Lock-Ease is similiar...Neolube has a smaller graphite particle size. I use some of the HxBN that I use for bullets...suspend some in Solox or other alcohol. Shake and apply with a Q-tip.
