isnt that the process that they call tattooing
atleast thats what we call it when we do it to a paintball marker
if its the same thing they anodize it then a laser goes over it and pulls the pigment out making light spots in the anno but i dont know if this is the same process or not.

That patern is a hydro print. You can get it at almost any hydrographics shop. Most call it skull camo.
