Is ADG the only outlet for their 300 prc brass.

While I don't know the answer to that specific question, Lapua is now making brass for .300 PRC.
A great alternative (and perhaps superior??) to ADG if you can't find what you're looking for.

Check creedmoor sports. That's where I get ADG 300 WM brass (when it's in stock).
precision reloading had some this morning, not sure if they still do.
It is few and far between right now. I am a dealer for ADG and have some on order, but it is looking like February before dealers will be seeing the next run. If you don’t have any luck finding any shoot me a PM and I can put you on my list for back orders.
To your original question, Hornady also makes 300 PRC, again hard to find right now. Lapua is slated to start offering it, but it will be after the first of the year. RCC also offers it as well, but you will pay a large premium.

I gave up, I found some Hornady brass to get me by. Hope ADG or Lapua come threw soon.
I just saw on another site lapua 300prc, 6.5prc and 300 win mag. 2nd quarter 2021....
I think April is the earliest we’ll see the lapua. But I hope it’s sooner
large. 6.5 cm is about where the option for small primer stops
