Usually, people who buy Lapua brass do so because they intend to keep it and reuse it many, MANY times. I will be really surprised if you find any Lapua brass for sale that hasn't already been reloaded past it's prime.

Thanks for the help guys.
I used to be able to buy once used 308 lapua brass from competition shooters on eBay.
Th only way I could tell if they were once used is by the number of times I could reload them (on average 5-7 times). Lucky for me the sellers were honest.
Looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and buy them new.
