Try CDNN, they usually have a lot of mags in stock.

Or... the Mec-Gar magazine which I'm not sure is all that different from the factory sig magazines. My sig factory mags all say Mec-Gar on them, and the aftermarket Mec-gar mags look and function identical for me.
