Rifle Scopes Where to get M3.5x7.5 Torx screws?

Want to change out the screws on my Sako 3 ring mount. Where can I find M3.5x7.5 Torx head screws and for that matter, a good Torx set. Also, what Torx bit number and lbs do I need for the job?

Brownells has the original screw listed but out of stock:

From what I can tell you will want a T15 Torx bit that works with this size screw, or at least from I have found in taking a quick look for that sized Torx screw.
