They sure do, the only limitation is that they don't sell long actions. Short actions with standard (.308 case family) bolt face or WSM bolt face.

Unless you want a Short Action you will have to buy a whole rifle and rebuild it to your likings. If your going to go this route try to find one of the "Classic" actions with the claw.
If a short action is your pleasure then the CDNN FN actions are the way to go.

This is the way I went with my .30-06 build. It sucks having to trash a new barrel and stock that are perfectly good but it is the only way to go for a LA.
