I have been out of the loop for quite a while with Premier Reticles Heritage line of scopes. Are they still having parts manufactured overseas or has this all been moved to the U.S. or somewhere else? Someone clue me in.

All hand built in Winchester Va. Parts come from all over the world just like all other scopes.

I stopped in unannounced (very rude) last summer, and Paul was kind enough to show me around. I can confirm the scopes are made in Virginia, starting with nothing more than a pile of received parts.
I smiled at the nice ladies inspecting and cleaning the German glass lens inside their ISO class 6 clean room. I steered clear of the very serious dude measuring, and hand-lapping the erector tubes. And I also browsed over the spectrophotometer results from recent light absorption tests.
It was nice to see American workers doing what Americans do best.
