OK, The SCOTUS ruled a month ago that Trump can indeed build the promised wall between the US and Mexico and use funds intended for the Military to do so! Soooo, what's The Plan now? I have been really busy with RL and so not kept up with The news very well.

What's the current plan for construction now that funding is approved?

Every time I see something on the "news" or when one of the Dims go close to where the wall is, I see excavators, cranes, shovels, mexican's, building it. Unless it's just the same news feed being looped?? I thought it was a work-in-progress?? Mac
