I just picked up a Wyndham arms SRC and a rock river arms entry-level tactical rifle. Are there any pros and cons of which rifle to keep, or is one Better than the other. Thanks in advance.

I'd consider my determination on using the Lower in a long time frame.

I'd want it to be the one that is more comfortable and has the potential for more durable service. You can get through the AR ownership experience with only one Lower, if it's a reliable and versatile one.

Consider the simple fact that you can only shoot one rifle at a time, and that AR's are standardized; so Uppers can be swapped out very quickly. Put your specialization into additional Uppers.

Depends on if you can get much back from them. They are pretty cheap new right now. I would most likely keep both but if not whichever you shoot best keep that. Maybe get a non rifle (just firearm not pistol or rifle) lower so you can either build a short pistol or not depending on state laws for ~$50 now.

I have a pile of uppers and lowers but my uppers outnumber my lowers. I constantly find myself wanting to build more lowers but they get expensive when all the parts are accumulated, even though lowers themselves are cheap now.

Problem is, some of them have less than 16" barrels which complicates things.

Well, I have one Lower, and I'm going to have to come up with another, because my Granddaughter is shooting it all the time now...

Could be worse...

Sell both and buy a Colt, BCM, Daniel Defense, Sionics....

If you must keep one keep it stick as possible and shoot the hell out of it. Then get into a AR worth owning.
