I'm looking for a great optic that can work well out to 1k range. I have a 700P and am wanting FFP, MIL/MIL. I am leaning towards nightforce 3.5-15X56 Is this my best bet?

I don't think NightForce makes the F1 in 56mm...
The 50mm would be a great choice IMHO...

fwiw & imho,
The F1 is a good scope, however, it is over priced by about $600...imho
I might also add to do your research and make your decision based on something other than an "expensive optic". You generally don't go wrong with a more expensive scope, however, it should not be the over arching reason for purchase...imho

+1 for USO, customize it to your needs as you see fit instead of settling on features.

If your willing to spend the money, and it sounds like you are, you have a lot of options available. I suggest try before you buy. at the high end your really just looking at different feature sets, so some might sound on paper like it would suit you but in actual use it might be different.

I had a Zeiss Conquest that I justsent back. Great glass by the way. I just looked through a NF 3.5x15x56mm. Sweet scope! I don't think you would go wrong with the F1, but it is over priced just for the FFP.
