I am currently in the build of a .338 lm based on a surgeon 1581 with a 27" rock and fb brake. I am going to be on the 50" oal for the rifle and am wondering what you guys are finding best for these longer rigs..... I originally was looking at the pelican 1750 but if its at or slightly over 50" she won't fit. What are you guys using and what would work best. btw I do not want the pelican 1770 as it's too deep and heavy for my uses. Thanks.
