Which one would you choose?

I PSed these to remove the visible gas block on the carbine and I lengethened the rail for the rifle rail

My barrel is at ADCO right now getting reprofiled and as soon as it's back it's going to Lawmens to have an URX installed

The gun is going to wear a TA11 and an UBR on it and it'll be my new general purpose gun. I think with the new profile, carbine rail and the UBR it should balance pretty well.

I'm leaning towards the carbine since it'll be lighter and with the 308 platform, the receiver is a bit longer than the 223 receiver so I won't have a problem having something to hold on to at the end of the rail

I would go with the rifle length, but that's just me.

I'd go with the carbine, less weight, leave a little more weight for whatever accessories you are going to put on it
