Rifle Scopes Which size for a Rem. SA

Im sure this is question is old but im sure someone can put it out there quickly.
Gun will be LTR or 5R
Scope will be mk4 6.5x20x50 30mm

Im on a budget
Which bases and rings? If I went with Leupold base, 1 or 2 pc?
What height rings?

id put money behind badger or seekins before i went with leupold mounting hardware.

mediums should have the bell snug to the barrel.

A seekins 20 MOA base and low rings will be perfect for your application.
