I just got my new barreled action with a Surgeon 591 and am getting an AICS 2.0 stock that Mile High is smithing to fit the action and trigger.

Considering that with the AICS stock I am going to be torquing down the action into the stock, I want to make sure I get the right screws. Will "any" Remington screws work or should I be looking for something special?

You're going to need a 3/16" hex key about 3" long. You can epoxy it into a 3/16", 1/4" drive socket for use on a torque wrench. Torque spec is 6N-M or 53 in=lbs. I'm sure you will remove the action at least once in it's lifetime.

Really, thank you waste_knot that is a big help indeed. You would think AI would provide one with the stock.
