Whiskey 3 buttstock on X-ray?

Justin,

Do you think the W-3 folding stock will be listed on the website accessory page anytime soon (so we can know the price)?

Hello, it is up there on the site as the TRG folding stock. They are one and the same apart from the grip panels which are specific to the action. The TRG and T3 use the same grip panels and the Rem 700 uses a different right side (short and long 700 use same ones). You can also order the fixed stock by itself as well.

jetmd that review is of an early gen, a gen 2, so some of that stuff doesn't apply. For example now you unfortunately cannot upgrade a fixed W-3 to a folder. It wasn't a popular option anyway as the kit was over $400. Our cheekpiece and buttpad design make a folder unnecessary for cleaning with the W-3 or getting the bolt out so the folder benefits aren't as much as with other stocks.

Thank you!
Justin

I actually did this same thing, albeit from the other direction. Started with a fixed Gen 4 Whiskey-3 for my T3. Ended up swapping the aluminum forend for the polymer X-Ray forend, and absolutely love it. It shaved a bunch of weight off the nose of the gun, thus bringing the balance point back nicely.
