No, it’s not the TV news networks. The American election certification process is a lot more complicated than that.

But the problem is that the media is jumping the gun on purpose to put the idea in people's heads that trump lost and most will believe it unfortunately. So if the results get contested and trump actually does win legitimately the lemmings will cry and whine about how he stole the election.
