The only bushing that I have had made was from my rifle builder/shooting buddy.This was because I needed it asap,or call it bad planing on my part.Your gun smith sounds like a good choice,or most machine shops should be able to make them.I think mine was made from 416 stainless,probably from a piece of pump shaft.
