The better question would be “which brand am I LEAST likely to need to use the warranty?”
I can say out of my NF scopes, I’ve never needed to return one. I currently own 3, and not long ago had a SHV 4-14 F1 that I sold. Never an issue.
That is not putting Kahles down, or suggesting you’ll use the warranty, just a point to ponder.

Kahles is a lifetime warranty too, but does not cover against damage by the owner (intentional or unintentional) or loss.

I sent a 624i back for a slightly canted reticle. I got it back with all new internals. Turrets feel even better. Glass even looks better. Not sure what happened but it's amazing. I did have to pay to ship it to swaro and from there it was covered to Austria and back. 9 weeks door to door. No experience with NF as I sold all of them off along with the Razor's, and bought Minox, kahles, and Tangent glass for all my rifles.

The warranty on our product would be a limited life time warranty on the optics themselves (the glass/internals). Then it would be 10 years on the externals. There is also a 2 year warranty on the illumination units and accessories. All of these parts to our warranty are limited meaning our warranty protects against manufactures defects. Anything outside of a manufactures defect would be evaluated for an estimate and we would charge for the pieces use to repair it.

I own 6 NF scope and never had to send any in for repair.
I've owned 3 NF scopes over the years and had to send 2 in for repairs to the zero stops. There is no brand of scopes that is perfectly reliable, so warranty and customer service are a big deal.
So reading the Kahles warranty, lifetime on optical system, 2 years on electronics and 10 years for everything else. It also seems it is not transferable. Is the illuminated part of the sight, electronic or optical system?
Night force seems to be lifetime and transferable.
Neither seem to cover accidental damage.
Also looking for a new sight, but transferable is important for buying used and resale.

I am in the same boat as you. I was leaning towards a kahles thr warranty kind of is a turn off for that amount of money to hope you never have a problem and can not transfer the warranty.
