Night Vision Who has the best price on a pvs-30?

Finally saved up enough to get a PVS-30, which took quite a while on a cops pay, just looking to see who has the best deal on them- looking for a like new unit with good numbers. on the old site I was in contact with a member named 427vette, but I don't know what he goes by now. Please PM me your best price- looking to buy in the next 2 weeks.

When you say "like new" are you talking about a mil surplus (Knight's) refurb or do you mean a "new" unit?

the guy I spoke to before said there were 2 grades of trade in pvs-30, both were refurbished but the "like new" ones looked like they were never issued or used very little, not beat to shit like some others.

I got one; paid extra for the upgrade - but - their "like new" and my "like new" are way different. As another poster stated, it's more like "like newer" than the regular refurbs. It's still good glass and worth the money ( compared to a brand new one ). My "like new" FOM is 1779. I'd hoped for more, but the image is still not too bad.

I bought the "like new" unit from US Nightvision but also reach out to Surgeon_Shooter here, he came recommended after I had purchased mine. As mentioned the "like new" units per KAC description are not "as new" but rather in good physical condition. You can of course purchase a new one, but they're upwards of 11 grand.

I got mine and it was indeed like new. Call and talk with the person if that is a concern. My understanding after talking it over with the sales guy was some of them had been used hard and some not hard at all but no way to tell if the tube has a bunch of time on it or not, hard to guess by the outside of them. IIRC the glass is new in all of them as some had been sandblasted in the sand box.

Most won't publish the price. It's worth making a few calls to different dealers. the one's who spend the most time on the Hide are in no particular order MOD Armory, I2 Technologies and TNVC et al
