I know you mention decent turn around time but check with PVA and see what they have in stock. I ordered a 6.5cm shouldered prefit for my nuke and had it within days. It was in stock, and it seems like they are stocking some of the more standard configurations.
other than that LRI (I have a 308 barrel from them) and Area 419 all have prefits on their websites. Maybe check with Southern Precision Rifle (bug nuts) as they have some prefits on the website but don't specifically list Nucleus.
I will say my shoulder prefit from LRI mounted up excellent. The barrel timed with the engraving on the breech end perfect and my muzzle brake(Impact Precision) timed exactly perfect also. I don't know how they did it with out my receiver in hand. I know who will be doing all my projects from here on out. Talk about attention to detail.

The ARC actions are probably thread-milled on a CNC mill and all of the threads have the same lead-in point. Unless they fit the muzzle brake like that on purpose, you got lucky on that half.
Well either way I'm really pleased with it and glad I got lucky for once with the brake! I was curious how they went about getting those tennon threads to time, thanks Ledzep!
