Suaraz tactical rifles.. he is a great guy... just PM him, but i am not sure if he is taking in anymore work.

The guy in the videos is me, Ozzie Suarez, and thank you for the kind comment, but I am no longer in the rifle building business. I have retired my shop, and only do work for local guys in my area as a hobby. There are other guys here that do as good a job or better you can contact. My personal favorite is Mark Gordon, who runs Short Action Customs. The other one I would send my rifle to with all the confidence in the world would be William Roscoe who runs LA Precision. Again these are personal favorite, but not the only ones. Good luck.
