Don't be that guy.
IP tracking can only be done by mods who have access to the IP's. Then, they can only track them to a general region.
Not to mention the whole issue of open wi-fi networks, air cards, IP spoofing, proxies, and so on.
I can change my IP quicker than you can change your socks.

If you don't know about something, it's generally best to just keep quiet, rather than removing all doubt.
