Rifle Scopes Who made this? ACOG and REM700 base

I have been looking all over for who made the base and if anyone has seen an ACOG Base like this.

Bought this on a Remington 700 LTR that was pretty customized.

Interesting indeed. I've always wondered about putting an ACOG on my 700. There might be an issue with eye relief though.
