Looking to mate up my Mark 4 spotter with my LRF (Bushnell 1600 ARC)on the same head. Does anyone make the mount or is it just going to be a custom build thing ?

No problem, didn't know you had seen it. Cory Trapp posted he was working on a dual mount a while back, not sure if they were ever finished or at what price point. Maybe another option, good luck!
Yes, there is a work around using a standard piece of photographer gear. It's a discontinued piece if I remember but still available, one of the Hide members posted up pictures on it a good time ago if I recall correctly. I want to say it was a flash bracket but I may be mistaken. It was something along the lines of this but not exactly.

What I envisioned making (and have begun solid modeling) is similar to the Nikon mount in the linked thread, but much simpler (no micrometer style adjustments, just friction lock).
A Google search for "Nikon Universal Mounting Bracket for Nikon Spotting Scopes" found this, which you can add to the cart... no idea if it's really in stock, though.

I use a Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip action head with an extra mounting plate on the end. It doesn't co witness but it works good enough for my needs.

I was just trying to figure out a way to make a plate or bracket to mount the Leupold MK4 spotter inverted to the side and also mount my Bushnell Elite 1500 Laser Range Finder. I was searching on line for some 1/4 20 threaded knob handle bolts for an idea I was playing around with and I remembered I had some on a camera flash bracket. I pulled it out and was going to scavenge the knobs from it when I realized I might be able to make the bracket work for what I was wanting. It worked ok but was a little on the flimsy side for my tastes.
On the way home from the gun club I stopped at Lowes and bought some Aluminum bar stock, a couple threaded knobs and a some grip strips (adhesive foam rubber strips).
I cut off a piece of the aluminum bar and drilled holes an inch in from each end for the knobs to go through. Then I drilled another hole off set to one side and threaded it to 1/4 20 threads for the tripod's quick release plate to attach to. I covered the top and bottom surfaces with the grip strips so the scope and LRF wouldn't rotate so easily when tightened down. It is a lot more solid feeling that the camera flash bracket.
I just finished it. here are some pics I just took with the iphone.
