Looking for a drop-in barrel theaded .578x28 for a Sig P220 Compact/Carry. Barrel is 3.9 inches long.

Anyone know who makes one?

Sig makes ones for the full size. But doubt they saw a need for a threaded barrel for a carry size gun. I would call Lone Wolf Barrels.

Called Sig and Lone wolf. No Joy. I may have to cut, crown and thread a full size p220 barrel as was suggested.
