Im looking for 10-rd AICS mags in .308. Doesnt have to be AICS brand, but the only other brands I know are C-Products and McRee.

Accurate Mags are great. You couldn't give me a case of Alpha mags. I've seen too many have issues at comps. Then many have to mess with them to get the lips right so they run well? WTF? Why?

He means when you reload... If you load your own bullets the OAL has to be shorter with the Factory AI Mags,
Some guys like their bullets loaded out longer to touch the lands, these will not work in a Genuine AI Mag.

I have Alpha mags and never had an issue. I like them because they hold 10 rounds in a 5 round profile

I am sorry to say it, but the Alpha mags I had were pure garbage. Couldn't get 10 rounds in them. The metal was so flimsy that after 7 rounds the sides started to bow. It would not then seat reliably in my DBM. I've stuck with AI mags since.

I am looking at the AI mags on the MH website, there are different 308 mags in 10 and 5 rnd versions, will they all fit the CDI metal for Ram 700 SPS?

I'm a little confused, why get Accurate mags over AI mags when they cost the same? Wouldn't one rather just get the tried and true magazine that the entire industry tries to copy?

Echo hk_dave. Why would you buy an aftermarket solution when it's no cheaper than the factory one? It's a magazine for a bolt gun, there's not a whole lot more that it can do other than what it does.

The Accurate Mag magazines I have were about $10 cheaper than AI when I bought them. They are well made and have worked flawlessly for me. With that being said, I don't own any AI brand magazines, so I really can't comment on them.
But I wouldn't hesitate to buy more AMs.

Alpha mag will allow you to get a little longer OAL.
Please note that you'll have to have your action modified to run the mag with a longer OAL though.
