Who makes GAP Templar V1 20 MOA rail

Anybody know who makes the steel 20 MOA rails with 8x40 screws that comes with the Templar V1 and if it's compatible with other actions besides Templar v1? Maybe defiance, etc?

I could be wrong, but I thought the whole action, including the rail, was from Defiance.

I bet you are right. They are machined to fit like a glove. Can't hardly tell it's not intrigal like the Templar v2 when installed. I didn't need mine cuz running Talley lightweights for hunting rig so it's for sale on this site. Don't know if anyone will have use for one as I don't know if it will fit anything but a defiance. I know when i ordered Talley lightweights they were nesika bay.
