So, 2A is yet again infringed. I'd say to just take it to court, where an obviously unconstitutional law would be struck down, but the bench is full of fellow travelers these days. We're starting to run out of recourse, no matter how much the possibility of potential resulting incivility pains some of us.
The idea someone posted about all of these hippies moving in and causing this, you are correct. The problem is, they move somewhere, change the laws, then move to another state to do the same. I’m serious, we got to start holding the line or there will be nowhere else to go to. And the tactic is being used on both sides, east and west coast and is moving inward.

Frankly, it doesn’t matter what the courts decide. The BOR are rights granted to you by the creator, your very existence gives you the right to exercise those as they are intended to be universal rights to free humans. To say the courts decide undermines the BOR primary purpose to begin with. Sorry, but I see this starting to be a central power overstretching it’s bounds which was the entire point of the 2A to begin with.
Simply put, the antigunners right to life they like to espouse so much, doesn’t trump anyone else’s right to life by defending themselves with whatever tool they see best fits the job.

So can someone explain how the Federal Circuit Judges have been at least in the Deerfield case , giving a decisi9n without a lawsuit or appeal of a lower court . Judges don't make laws and issuing a decision in conjunction with an as of yet uncontested law appears to be law making .

And the new tactic is, all the hippies move to these states, stay long enough to change the laws and then move to another free state. They are working from the coasts inward. Just follow what’s happened in the last decade. First it was NY and CA, then WA and OR, now they are moving into CO, AZ and NM. They moved from NY to other free states in the NE and now look at them. I think this is strategy. Word is NH and PA are next. Care to gamble on what state is after that? It’s spreading, either we start standing up to this BS or there won’t be anything left to stand for.

Then he agreed but said his cherished bolt guns would be fine. Of course they won’t, see the above. Then he claimed that they would get pushback when jobs and money started getting lost at which point I said they already had. Ask anyone in the firearms biz how business is going. Its not good. Geez, is there really that many stupid people out there? It was good knowing you guys. Guess we should start selling them off and making money on them while we still can!!
