Whos shooting the 178HPBT in their rifle?

Just wondering what kinda recipe you fellas are going with for this bullet. Im using 47.5grs 2000MR, Win. brass and just bought some Lapua cases that I might try out on Wed. Im hoping the lapua brass will allow the rifle to shoot better than it does already.
Ive got the bullet seated off the lands set @2.850".

Prolly be better suited in the reloading section.....


I've shot the factory Hornady 178 Superstuff in my AI, and I always get a flyer out of 5. Cant narrow it to me or the round. I'm going with me for now....

I used 43.8 gr of Varget, Lapua brass, 210M, oal 2.804"

44grns of Varget in Hornady cases is giving me about 2730fps and very accurate. Sub 1/2 MOA. I load them about .020" off the lands.

44.5gr Varget, Winchester brass, CCI BR2 primer, 2.805"

my GAP-10 loves this load.
