What do y’all use the full length ARCA for?

I have a AI with just the ARCA handguard for a tripod and a short picatinny up front for a bipod. What am I missing. Thanks

depending on situation you may need to put your bipod closer in. such as on a short barrel or block of wood, or for when i go for a longer shot at a higher elevation then my bipod can extend to it gives it a greating tipping point.

A full length arca is useful when you prefer quick adaptability. For example, in a prs match. Allowing a shooter to rapidly pull the bipod from the front of the rifle toward the rear, in order to reduce the foot print of the rifle. This adjustment can be made by simply loosening the clamp, while keeping the bipod attached, vey quickly. This might allow a shooter to place the rifle, with bipod support on the end of an oil barrel or other smaller platform and make adjustments on the clock.

I am not a match shooter, but am almost always sitting my rifle on stuff to shoot at stuff. According to me, my rifle sits flatter when it is sitting on something flatter.

Plus interchangeability and mounting flexibility, of course.
