Rifle Scopes Why no EB7C in the AMG?

Has anyone read why vortex is choosing to not have an option for the EBR7C in the AMG?

The only reticle offered is the EBR7B which is close. Im assuming you like the numbers on the outside of the holdover tree instead of on the centerline. I own both scopes and never payed anymind to the difference until now. Seems like it would be easier to have the same reticle in each. The EBR7C would be the winner.

In time they probably will. They have changed the AMG reticles in the past. I imagine they will want to use up their 7b stockpile first before selling the 7C.

Likely because it’s virtually identical to the ebr7b and the reticles are not interchangeable from the razor to amg design.

Financially, doesn’t make much sense to incur the costs on a reticle with very minimal changes.

It's a difference that people will talk about, but I seriously doubt there are tons of folks out there buying the RZG2 or another brand because it has the B instead of the C reticle. Maybe some, but I can't imagine many. They are darn near identical.

The numbers on the vertical stadia are incredibly annoying to look at. Easily worth the switch from B to C.

As others have said, I’m sure it’s primarily cost driven.
