What is the edge fill? Different consistancy?

It's hard to explain, it's like the outer region of the bag is a bit firmer than the inside. I'm wondering if it's a two layer system (wouldn't know unless I sliced open the bag).

I just like my old sand filled one more, so im parting ways with this one.

Is it kinda like silly putty/play doe? Kinda keeps moving?

I'd say the opposite, it's more stiff than a usual sand fill bag, but still settles fine.

The bag just isn't as "floppy" if that makes any sense.
