Wild Turkey For Supper and Again for Lunch!

Two very good recipes in a row.
Last night, it was Turkey Tenderloins and Rigatoni with Spicy Tomato Sauce, and it was good.

Mrs. tucker301 cooked the larger portion of one of the breast fillets using a recipe she saw on Food Network - Pete's Rubbed and Almost Fried last night as well.

The breast was refrigerated overnight and sliced before lunch today.
I immediately started picking, and I told her that if she didn't hurry and get those sandwiches going that the main ingredient was going to be missing.

My cravings finally subsided and she was able to salvage enough sliced turkey for the sandwiches.
I can honestly say that this may well have been the best sandwich I have ever eaten!

Man, it was good!

Sumbitch.... I wish that I had seen that "Almost fried" recipe last week. I just grilled the breasts and tenderloins from my bird. Looks like great table fare. I'll have to try it.

I was thinking something different than pictured with that title, something a little more fluid, but I suppose I am one of the few that would have thought that. :p
