Hey guys I'm not familiar with the adm mounts but a friend bought a trijicon 2-10x56 and is looking to clear his ar15 rail. I know the larue lt104 will but he likes the standard 0 moa adm mount as well. Thanks

it most likely will, however to confirm we would need to know the mount, rail and rifle. maybe an image.
My Trijicon accupoint TR22 (2.5-10 x 56) has a bell OD of 65mm (=2.559"). As long as your optic mount is at least 1.28" from top of rail to centerline, it will work (assuming the Trijicon of which you speak has the same bell OD). Which AD mount are you looking at? The Recon model shows centerline to top of rail measurement of 1.470" or greater for all models EXCEPT AD-Recon-SL, which has only 1.110" (and therefore would not work).
