Will Alpha Make a 10 shot 30/06 length mag soon ?

Do you think Alpha industried would make a 10 shot Morta Mag for the 30/06 length rounds in the forrseeable future ?

Is there a market for it ?

Pondering a .30 cal build and kind of interested in the 30/06 over .308 just to be different, but the amount of aftermarket mags etc. available for the .308 based rounds does make it difficult to shoot for the old school 30/06.

I feel if there where more mag options etc. available for the 30/06 we would see more tac style 30/06's being built.

Am feeding the 280AI out of a 300WM magazine. Its based off the 30-06 round if I am thinking right.

Yes the 280 is a 30/06 based round.......is it swimming in that .300 win mag box magazine ??

The 30/06 case length probably needs a deidicated box mag.......if it did I feel youd see a few more 30/06 builds. The sheer amount of aftermarket kit for the .308 based rounds makes it easy to swing that way and relegate the 30/06 etc.

Looks good !! A nice amount of Room !! Did you need to adjust the feed lips at all for reliable feeding ?

Mag is bone stock, fits 6 rounds and feeds all 6 rounds flawlessly.
